What I do

Fintech in production, across three markets

I lead product development at Alif, where the software I work on is used to buy things on instalments and to run the shops that sell them — in Pakistan, in Uzbekistan, and in the UAE.

That means the code answers to people who are not developers: a shopkeeper in a market with one bar of signal, a customer halfway through a payment. Most of what I care about professionally comes from that — offline behaviour, error reporting that produces something actionable, and release processes that do not depend on anybody remembering a step.

I tend to build things before somebody asks me to. Most of my best work started as a side project the team later adopted — the release CLI, the bug report, the bot that triages the errors. Every package on this page came out the same way.

Alif — Uzbekistan, Pakistan & UAE

Two products in three markets: a cross-border fintech app with 100K+ active users in Pakistan, and AlifX, a fintech super-app for the UAE. I lead a small team on each and stay in the code — reviews, planning, and the engineering standards we hold each other to.

  • Cut the ANR rate 13× — profiled the whole app and fixed root causes per module rather than reacting to reports.
  • Leading a live migration to Clean Architecture on a 70K-user production app. Onboarding and Checkout are across.
  • Built dartdosh: App Store, Play Store and Telegram in one command, with AI-written release notes. 30 minutes down to 30 seconds.
  • Built JarchiPK, a Sentry bot that routes each error to the right team and runs an AI analysis on it before anyone opens a ticket.
  • Shipped the in-app bug report — log collection with 3,000+ uses, cutting support diagnosis from hours to minutes.
  • Shipped Alif Promoter to production in 1.5 days with AI-assisted development; it became the team's main sales tool.
  • Built localization_pro, which switches language at runtime without restarting the app. Published on pub.dev.
  • Built an OpenAI-integrated Telegram bot that took the manual overhead out of the team's internal workflows.
  • Wrote the animation and haptic work from scratch, without reaching for a package.

Edfix & Najot Ta‘lim

200+ students between the two, taught alongside a full-time engineering job. At Najot Ta‘lim — Uzbekistan's largest IT school — C and Python foundations first, then the Dart and Flutter bootcamp groups, plus the school's internal CRM: three Flutter apps for admin, teachers and students, all deployed and in use. At Edfix, a cohort of 50+, where I review code and get people unstuck on real problems rather than exercises.

Took client projects from an idea to both stores. Architecture designed with TDD, and the iOS and Android specifics handled natively. Built Favvora, a food delivery app for Khorezm with live tracking, payments and YandexMaps.
